The partnership will provide support to NYCGB's new music programme and emerging artists programmes. Members of NYCGB’s Young Composers and Fellowship schemes will receive free licenses and specialist training in Dorico Pro notation software.

Steinberg has been providing music and media production products for musicians and producers of music, video and film since 1984. It is one of the world's largest manufacturers of music and audio software and hardware.

Ben Parry, NYCGB artistic director and principal conductor said: 'We are thrilled to have developed this partnership with Steinberg which enhances our work across a number of areas. Steinberg’s specialist expertise is of huge benefit to NYCGB, and directly supports the emerging professional singers and composers of the future as well as enabling the creation of exciting new choral music, through our New Music Programme.'
